    “I had a broken water pipe on Wednesday & went on Angie's list to locate a plumber. Several were recommended. After I read the reviews & ratings ,I filled out the questionnaire explaining my problem. I was very skeptical after reading about Zoom Drain. Zoom Drain called me first,(after my questionnaire had been posted).I started setting up appointments & Zoom Drain was first. They showed up Thursday morning on time, evaluated the situation, gave me a quote & asked if I had any questions or concerns. When I asked about the negative feedback I read, I kindly told the rep that I never heard of Zoom Drain & I wasn't comfortable after reading a negative review. James (rep) thoroughly explained in detail the reason for the unhappy customers remark, which I now understand & sided with Zoom Drain. (didn't think zoom could change my opinion on that). 3 more contractors scheduled appts later that day & next day. I reviewed 2 more quotes & decided to go with Zoom. Long story very short : very happy with EVERYONE, GREAT PROFESSIONALS, FANTASTIC JOB OF EXPLAINING WHAT THEY WERE DOING BEFORE THEY DID IT. FAIR PRICE, & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS, THANKS TO ALL OF YOU.”

    “Owen was great. He came on Monday, looked over what I had and gave me a quote for the total replacement of the sump pump and battery backup system. He returned on Tuesday with his partner and they had every thing hooked up and cleaned up in just over an hour. Would definitely recommend them for any plumbing work you need done.”

    “We had a sewer back up and called Zoom Drain. Owen came out gave us a reasonable price to snake the main line. He snaked the line then did a video inspection. The video inspection showed the problem was on the city side. Owen was very respectful, talked us through the process, and even showed us where the problem area was. Terrific service all in all and we will be recommending them to anyone who needs their services in the future!”
