    Zoom Drain was contacted, and the technician, Douglas, who is fantastic, immediately assessed the problem correctly.
    "Zoom Drain is a lifesaver. I had an unforeseen emergency (a palm tree was planted on top of the main sewer valve years ago, not by me). The roots of the palm tree had begun to tangle into the pipes and in the sewer line, causing my pipes to back up. Zoom Drain was contacted, and the technician, Douglas, who is fantastic, immediately assessed the problem correctly. The office manager, Allison, stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain for any plumbing issue. P.S. Yes, the palm had to be cut down. ☺️ Evett Kelly"
