Ryan came out after I had already received confusing and concerning information from another plumbing company, and he took the time to actually investigate the issue instead of immediately pushing a major repair. He found an exterior cleanout that had been missed before, explained what he was seeing, and was able to restore the sewer flow by hydrojetting from that access point. He was professional, straightforward, and much more transparent than the previous company I had dealt with. I especially appreciated that he did not make the situation feel bigger or scarier than it needed to be.
