    When we called to report the problem, a plumber showed up that very evening, worked well into the darkness, and replaced our toilet at no extra charge!
    "These folks are about as professional as they come. I called them to help with a persistent drain problem from one side of the house, most noticeable when flushing our downstairs toilet. The scope revealed the problem - pipes had sagged underneath the house, and needed to be replaced. They did a great job, and finished early. However, our downstairs toilet was still slow to flush. Ryan came out after I had already received confusing and concerning information from another plumbing company, and he took the time to actually investigate the issue instead of immediately pushing a major repair. He found an exterior cleanout that had been missed before, explained what he was seeing, and was able to restore the sewer flow by hydrojetting from that access point. He was professional, straightforward, and much more transparent than the previous company I had dealt with. I especially appreciated that he did not make the situation feel bigger or scarier than it needed to be.
