On Christmas Eve, our extraction pump alarm went off. I called Zoom Drain, and Richard walked me through how to bypass the float to drain the pump. He also said changing the bad float was easy and we could do it ourselves, saving money. He did this while walking through Publix shopping! Richard did a fantastic job! First, I texted him late on a Saturday night and he replied and then said he could come first thing on Sunday morning because I was in a bind. He showed up on Father's Day. He instantly went to work and ended up staying most of the day because he was insistent on solving the problem, which he did. Very hard worker and very personable. Richard came out within 45 minutes and fixed our clog in the main line. He used a special spray hose down in the external cleanout that busted the clog really quickly. He diagnosed the problem and luckily for us, it's on the Condo Association side so with his help we'll hopefully get reimbursed. He can upload the video to YouTube as a private link if you're in a similar situation and need to prove what was found to your HOA or COA. We were all really impressed with his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. He's also an Auburn grad! His kids are at Auburn, too.
