    "We had a great experience with Zoom Drain. We scheduled a camera sewer inspection, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Setting up the appointment through email was quick and easy, and communication was clear throughout. Our technician, Mike Yetter, was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. Although he arrived about 30 minutes later than scheduled, Zoom Drain adjusted the cost, which we really appreciated. The inspection took place on a Friday around lunchtime, and we received a detailed report by Monday around the same time. It included pictures and videos, making it easy to understand the condition of our sewer line. The report was well-organized and clearly outlined the work that needed to be done, along with a quote for the recommended repairs. Overall, a very positive experience. We’d definitely consider using them again."
