I called Zoom Drain while we were out of town, after a quick search of top plumbing and drain service providers in our area on ChatGPT. Bennett returned my call immediately and scheduled our appointment for late enough in the afternoon on Monday to give us time to drive back from Dallas and meet them at our house. This gave us immediate peace of mind so that we were able to be fully present during our time with family, knowing we would have a solution waiting for us when we got home. Not only did they arrive on time, but they were very transparent and professional, diagnosing the issue and providing our options and pricing for each. In under an hour, they had our extremely backed-up drain zooming and back in action. I highly recommend Zoom Drain and won’t hesitate to call them again in the future."

Bennett, the owner, was very educated and simplified my plumbing issues so I could understand and make a well-informed decision. Long story short, I had a "belly" in the yard (Michael's term) that needed to be repaired. They ran a camera and located the belly in minutes, quoted me 1,400 to do a spot repair, didn't even try to sell me an entire home repair. They focused on what I needed, NOT what they wanted. After breaking down the price and labor for the job to me and my husband in a way that gave us peace of mind, they had the repair crew out the next day and finished the repair the same day!! Michael, I lost the bet, so I owe you some pho!!"
