First charged us well over $400 and didn’t clear the clog - said we would need hydro jet service and it would cost maybe over a thousand dollars more than the $400 already paid. Sent him home. Second fellow was a no show for his appointment. With Christmas dinner looking more and more like a trip to Cracker Barrel, I read the reviews of ZOOM. So happy I did. Contacted ZOOM and scheduled for their tech to come and diagnose our problem. Anthony arrived the next day even earlier than was promised. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He not only cleared the clog, but took the time to explain to my wife and I why we shouldn’t pour lumpy hamburger grease down a toilet, let alone a kitchen sink, and it sometimes just doesn’t make a difference if we drain our hot water heater trying to flush the line afterward. In the end, ZOOM solved our problem for LESS than we paid the company that did absolutely nothing. Next time we do hamburgers, we’ll call ZOOM."
