"We could not rave more about Zoom Drain! My husband and I had a horrible backup in our basement. Believing we just needed a quick fix of our septic tank being pumped, we originally had another company come out to help out. They came out three times, each time with absolutely no solution, no information, and an unhelpful attitude. At this point, we decided to try a different company, which is how we ended up with Zoom Drain. The very first visit out, the GM, Derek, came out and absolutely blew our minds with the information and helpfulness he provided. Though he was delivering bad news that it won’t be a quick fix, we felt so much better and taken care of.
We ended up with multiple pipes fixed, a new hot water heater, our yard dug and then fixed beautifully, a clean out added, and our septic tank pumped all by our tech Jacob. He did an amazing job and was also very knowledgeable. This all with a price that was reasonable. They never once made us feel forced into getting something done that we weren’t sure about but were always upfront and honest about our situation. I cannot thank Zoom Drain enough for all the work put in and making us feel at ease through the process. They definitely helped relieve a lot of potential stress. I truthfully cannot recommend them enough."
