    "Zoom Drain here in Knoxville is a great company, and their technician, Matthew Corder, is a good guy. There was no attempt to "up-sell" or push services that weren't needed. Quite the contrary. In fact, there was a misunderstanding about the initial cost of the service, and when I questioned them about it, they offered to waive the fee entirely. This was above and beyond what I expected and instead, I paid what I thought was the initial quote. I will definitely be doing business with this honorable company again.     "Could not ask for any better service! The technician Matthew came from Knoxville to our home in Kodak within an hour. He was very polite and respectful, and his diligence and persistence got our main sewer line unclogged. This was also completed by Matthew having to park at the road because our driveway is too steep, and he carried all his heavy equipment and tools uphill to the house several times. The person also in the office was very polite and put my service request in straightaway.
