"We were experiencing exterior drainage issues that were causing water to leak into our backyard shed as well as flood the garage through a concrete block wall. We called several companies to come out and provide a quote for the necessary work. Devon from Zoom Drain was the first available to quote as well as perform the work. We were impressed with his level of knowledge, his empathy to our situation, as well as the honest and objective feedback he provided to a few solutions that were available. Devon and his team were able to come out just a few days later, prior to the next heavy rains, and properly seal the problem area while installing new French drains. We purposely waited a few days to write this review. We wanted to see how Devon’s proposed solution was going to perform. Needless to say, the heavens opened up last night with torrential downpours and all of our previous problem areas stayed dry.
