    I’m glad they were reliable in scheduling and transparent with their pricing, but I wish the inspection had been more thorough.

I also liked that they offer free quotes and an in-home inspection, which makes the process more convenient and upfront. The plumber who came out was polite and professional, but the visit felt a bit rushed and the source of my ceiling stain wasn’t identified. Since there wasn’t an active leak, I understand it was difficult to pinpoint the issue, but I ultimately had to figure out the likely cause myself. Overall, I’m glad they were reliable in scheduling and transparent with their pricing, but I wish the inspection had been more thorough."
