We started having an issue in the main bathroom with the toilet. The problem grew to the sewer backing up into the main shower. Now it is Friday 2 days after Christmas "2024" and I could not get anyone until after the weekend. My regular plumber was unavailable until Monday but he had seen the Zoom Drain trucks around town and suggested I call. I called and they came out. They got here about 9:00 pm. Two young men, Hunter Jones and his co-worker, who's name, I apologize, escapes me right now, showed up and I have to say were 2 of the most polite and professional young men I have ever met. They explained what they were going to do, price and so on prior to starting the work. They had everything they could possible need with them from shoe covers to a mat for our bathroom floor so as not to damage anything. They worked so hard on a very stubborn clog. They said they could not get it to budge but assured me they would not stop trying to remedy the problem. Shortly after tell me that they were able to break through and release the clog. They used the hydro jet again to make sure the line was clear. I mentioned to him how the prior owners of our home fried everything and that the kitchen was covered in grease when we moved in and maybe that was part of the problem i.e. grease buildup in the drains. Lastly they ran the camera down the drain one last time to ensure all was clear. They cleaned up so well you would not have known they were even here. We were so impressed with these gentlemen and there care and dedication to their job. We highly recommend them and the work is warranted for 30 days.Geri Fidura
