I hired another company to do a pre-inspection scope of my mainline sewer. The first company couldn't get the camera through what they were calling a house trap. I panicked after having seeing prior issues in friends and other places that I had owned. I called Zoom Drain and they were out same day and even fit me in a couple hours after calling [which is unheard of nowadays]. The staff in the office was amazing and they sent over a tech that had very advanced knowledge of sewer systems and quickly got to work and did a tremendously good job explaining, documenting, and recording. Got through the sewer and found a defect in the sewer.
