It turned out that the drain had flushed out and water was flowing fine. There was no charge. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend Zoom."

    Zoom Drain has highly knowledgeable technicians who are also willing to go the extra mile for their clients.
    "I called Zoom Drain the day after Christmas, and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Brandon arrived and talked with us about the clogged drain line because of the garbage disposal use — all my fault! He was quick to evaluate everything and didn’t try to sell you all the things you did not need. Brandon stated that we needed the spray jet to be done, and he was apologetic that it would be expensive. He immediately scheduled for the technician that does that service to come the following day. Jesus came the following day as scheduled, met with our daughter because we couldn’t be there, and got to work immediately. He thoroughly explained everything to her and took several calls with us during the process. Not only did he clear the clog very fast, he also repaired the pipe under the sink. I had to message him on Sunday for a quick question regarding the water, and he was immediately responsive. I can’t find enough good things to say about both technicians that came to the house to help! Zoom Drain has highly knowledgeable technicians who are also willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Would recommend to anyone!!!!!"
