A day reserved for rest — not wading through the River of Absolutely the Heck Not.
I immediately called Zoom Drain. Within AN HOUR (not exaggerating), they were here. I don’t know who trained them (actually I do, she’s a queen), but they deserve a medal. They showed up, didn’t flinch at the disaster, explained everything clearly, fixed the problem fast, and somehow made us feel like we weren’t the dramatic ones (even though I was absolutely one gag away from moving houses).
If you ever find yourself standing in surprise basement sewage — or anything even close — call Zoom Drain. Truly the best experience we’ve ever had with any service company. Fast, kind, knowledgeable, saved Christmas… and our sanity. 100/10 recommend.
