They managed to fit my mid-afternoon call, due to non-flushing toilets, in on the same day. Jordan, my technician, was great! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in his explanation of plumbing options for the clogged drain(s) and related costs. When he found the problem to be on the city side of the meter, he told me I needed to contact city utilities the next morning and pointed out where he had marked the clogged location with spray paint. I called the utilities as soon as Jordan left and explained the problem and the plumber's information. They came out that same evening and fixed the problem. Thanks, Jordan; you are awesome!
