"Zoom Drain was very responsive when it came to helping me with a plumbing issue at my home. Our toilets were backing up and Zoom Drain came over to take a look. Austin was the technician that came over to assess the situation. Prior to doing any work, he took the time to listen to what our issues were and then we discussed potential fixes and costs based on what he found. He ended up using a hydrojet to clear out our cast iron plumbing lines. After he ran his water jet through our line, I thought he was done, but he actually did it several more times to make sure that he cleaned it out the best he could. He used a camera so we could see the before and after of our line, which was helpful for me to actually see the results of his work.
Austin was great! He called me when he was on his way, showed up on time, was nice and polite, wore booties when he came into our home, did a very thorough job cleaning out our main line, and did a great job cleaning up everything after he was done.
This was my first experience with Zoom Drain and I was very pleased with not only the quality of their work but the professionalism of their employees. Highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone looking for a good plumber."
