He quickly identified that the issue was far beyond a basic blockage, explained what was actually going on in clear terms, and helped us understand the next steps as things escalated. His diagnosis was accurate and ended up being critical in getting the problem properly addressed. We honestly would never have been able to identify or resolve this properly without him.
Even as the situation became more complicated on site, he remained thorough and patient. He communicated directly with the city, utility workers, and even the neighbor whose property needed to be accessed for excavation, which expedited resolution. He further documented everything properly and made sure nothing was overlooked.
