Nothing ruins a day like a clogged sewer line, and it shows up without warning. I called Zoom, got an afternoon appointment, and by 2 p.m. the truck showed up. Dan got to work immediately and used the power jet thing to clear the line. He then checked his work with a video camera to show me it was all clear. Anthony was fantastic to work with. Communication was great and he worked hard to troubleshoot a main sewer drain clog. Unfortunately, the Zoom jet clean and snake was not powerful enough to clear whatever blockage exists. Now I need to investigate having the trap dug up and replaced and we still don’t know where the clog is. Definitely not Anthony’s fault, but still frustrating nonetheless.

Before he left, he checked the flow of the pipe and found it to be clogged and used a snake to clear it. He said it was more than toilet paper, maybe the size of a wipe. We never flush wipes, but something got down there. He was very nice.
