Tuesday night, 12/18, I discovered that my sewer line was backed up. I immediately called Zoom Drain and had someone at my house within 45 minutes. Lawrence Jarret was the technician and had the sewer line cleared out within about 25 minutes. He had to be one of the best technicians I’ve ever had here at the home in my 33 years. He took the time to explain his whole procedure and what I could do in the future to prevent that from happening. I cannot say enough good things about Lawrence or his company. I highly recommend this company.

The Zoom service tech Luke Miorelli arrived at my house within a couple of hours of my call for a clogged sewer line. He opened it, vacuumed out the debris, and spent a good deal of time explaining what contributed to the problem and answering my questions. He was able to show me the condition of the pipe with a video camera that he snaked through it. Luke was very knowledgeable, informative, and courteous.

I am so, so happy and blessed to have found Zoom and to have gotten Lawrence. I was scammed out of $1,250 when Family Roots came to fix my problem, and they actually exacerbated it. Not only did Family Roots charge me $1,250 for making my problem worse, they told me to officially fix my plumbing and their mistakes it would be at least another $2,800, and that’s for one day's work, and that it would be at least a 2-day job. I was basically about to fork over a lot of my saving. Thank God I found Zoom. They were friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and they do the job with ONE MAN in three hours and the total was only $1,500. Everything is working properly. Thank you to Lawrence and to Zoom for not taking advantage of a woman and for being FAIR and HONEST instead of completely scamming me.
