Anthony was fantastic to work with. Communication was great and he worked hard to troubleshoot a main sewer drain clog. Unfortunately, the Zoom jet clean and snake was not powerful enough to clear whatever blockage exists. Now I need to investigate having the trap dug up and replaced and we still don’t know where the clog is. Definitely not Anthony’s fault, but still frustrating nonetheless.

Tuesday night, 12/18, I discovered that my sewer line was backed up. I immediately called Zoom Drain and had someone at my house within 45 minutes. Lawrence Jarret was the technician and had the sewer line cleared out within about 25 minutes. He had to be one of the best technicians I’ve ever had here at the home in my 33 years. He took the time to explain his whole procedure and what I could do in the future to prevent that from happening. I cannot say enough good things about Lawrence or his company. I highly recommend this company.

The Zoom service tech Luke Miorelli arrived at my house within a couple of hours of my call for a clogged sewer line. He opened it, vacuumed out the debris, and spent a good deal of time explaining what contributed to the problem and answering my questions. He saw the water marks on the cement patch around the pipe and thought it might be ground water. Before he left, he checked the flow of the pipe and found it to be clogged and used a snake to clear it. He said it was more than toilet paper, maybe the size of a wipe. We never flush wipes, but something got down there. He was very nice.
