I am so, so happy and blessed to have found Zoom and to have gotten Lawrence.
I was scammed out of $1,250 when Family Roots came to fix my problem, and they actually exacerbated it. Not only did Family Roots charge me $1,250 for making my problem worse, they told me to officially fix my plumbing and their mistakes it would be at least another $2,800, and that’s for one day's work, and that it would be at least a 2-day job. I was basically about to fork over a lot of my saving.
Thank God I found Zoom. They were friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and they do the job with ONE MAN in three hours and the total was only $1,500. Everything is working properly.
