I was scammed out of $1,250 when Family Roots came to fix my problem, and they actually exacerbated it. Not only did Family Roots charge me $1,250 for making my problem worse, they told me to officially fix my plumbing and their mistakes it would be at least another $2,800, and that’s for one day's work, and that it would be at least a 2-day job.
