I have had a few bad experiences with various repair companies in the past, but this experience was the opposite of that. I called and was promptly scheduled an appointment on the same day. The person who answered the phone was very nice, professional, and attentive. Cruz arrived ahead of schedule and got right to work. He told me about some of the nuance with my problem and talked about potential solutions. This was done in an informative manner, not in a way that made me feel like I was being sold something. I was stressed about an urgent situation, but now I am perfectly at ease. For my future plumbing issues, I know who to call."

He came out and told me what to do to take care of the mold, then he could fix the commode because it was leaking and caused the mold. I did that and then he fixed the leak for a relatively cheap price ($229). I recommend Tony for everyone that needs a plumber!"
