I called Zoom Drain, on Saturday, September 14th, believe it or not, a human being answered the phone, very politely. She explained to me I had called the Zoom Drain in Coral Springs. I live in Davie, so she provided me with the Zoom Drain phone number location that covers my area.
I called that number, again, a human being answered the phone. I told her about the clogged toilet issue in my house.
She scheduled an appointment on the same day.
Mario Moreno showed up in my house a few hours later, inspected the drain lines, found the problem, and he took care of everything.
