His experience managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, and delivering consistent, high-quality service has prepared him to build a reliable and customer-focused business with Zoom Drain.
Tom launched Zoom Drain Greenville with a clear vision to provide essential drain and sewer services that directly support homeowners and businesses in his community. His decision to join Zoom Drain was driven by real-life experiences, seeing firsthand the impact that drain and sewer issues can have on family and friends. After retiring from government service, Tom and his family relocated to Greenville from Guam to be closer to friends and family. Now proud to call Greenville home, he is excited to be part of a welcoming and growing community. Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering, hiking, visiting local farmers markets, and attending community events. His dedication to service extends beyond his business and into the community he now calls home.
