While I was taking a shower before work, the toilet overflowed into the master bedroom and closet. When I stepped out of the shower into ankle-deep water, it was quite a shock. I tried plunging; that only sloshed more water on me (yuck). I made several calls to get someone out ASAP and threw down every beach towel I had. The other toilet started making bubbling noises, which only increased my anxiety level. I was advised to not use any toilet or turn on water, and I was covered in toilet water and couldn’t even get ready for work. That was insult to injury after having the shingles for 2 weeks. These guys were awesome. I called at 8:00 AM and they were here by 11:00 AM the same day (never expected one of them to be the owner). They continued to work the problem from several different angles, until all the drains were unclogged and flowing freely. They kept me abreast along the way, showed me videos showing before and after pictures of the inside of my pipes. Gave me helpful tips and options that would help in the future. I hired them on the spot to put their additional suggestions in place too and they called the following Monday to tell me what time they would be there Monday. Their prices were fair, they arrived when they said they would, and they were all super professional. Can’t say enough great things about this company.
