Reasonable price | $700–800 Zoom Drain are my new heroes! I had a slow washing machine drain for the past year requiring me to watch the drain cycles to prevent an overflow. I called a local plumbing company last week and they scheduled me for Monday, 12 Jan 2026 (today). That company sent two folks that spent two hours snaking out the drain line from the roof vent. The result of that work was a completely stopped drain and water backup into the kitchen sink and the washing machine drain stopped up. Then they said, “Well, we can’t fix it … sorry. But you can call Zoom Drain; we recommend them for calls we can’t fix.” I called Zoom Drain while the first company was still at my home and spoke with Zeke, who advised that he could send someone over today. About an hour and a half later, Brandon from Zoom Drain arrived and immediately went to work. He said he was going to plug the open lines in the house (wash and kitchen sink drains) and jet the drain from the roof. Brandon cleared whatever was clogging the drains within just a few minutes of applying the water jet! The drains cleared better than they had in the past 5 years! Brandon said the drains were cleared, but he wasn’t completely happy with the sound of the drainage, so he returned to the roof and water-jetted a second time. All in all, Brandon was there less than 45 minutes and absolutely cleared out all blockage in the drains from our 62-year-old home. He was a pleasure to have in our home and a true professional. The end result (and my wife’s happiness) was worth every penny of the cost. While the service was not cheap, it sure beats the alternative I was facing … tearing up the flooring and drilling through the foundation to locate and correct the blockage. I was happy to pay the cost of this service call and elated with the results. I will sleep easy tonight knowing my drains are clear and I no longer have to chaperone my laundry. To repeat myself, Zoom Drain (and Brandon especially) are my new heroes! 5 STARS and highly recommended. Zoom Drain will get my first call from here on out for any plumbing issues.

We'd been dealing with a clogged drain for a few weeks and couldn't get anyone to snake it due to lead pipes. Zeke and Brandon came the next day and jetted out our clog in just a few minutes without having to tear out any of our pipes or kitchen cabinets. Please read this entire review! I had gotten an estimate for over 5k from another plumbing service in Jacksonville. They had come out due to a clog in the main drain line. They charged $189 up front, ran the camera down the line, located the stoppage, and charged me $389 additional for that. They then proceeded to write an estimate for $5,200 to hydro jet the debris out of the line. It was late in the day and the salesman proceeded to tell me they would drop the $389 off the $5,200 if I committed to let them do it right now. I declined as I wanted a second opinion. This morning at 8 AM I called Zoom Drain. Zeke answered the phone and I asked him what the cost was to hydro jet a sewer line. He asked a few questions and told me that it would be $750 plus $150 to remove and install the commode for access. I proceeded to ask if there would be additional charges and worst case pricing. He explained that unless there was something of an anomaly that was their charge. I booked an appointment with him for a 1-3 arrival. He called at 12:30 and arrived around 1. He scoped the line and verified that there was a lot of what appeared to be tile pieces and grout residue in it. He and his crew went to work. He kept me updated on the progress and at about 5:30 sent me photos of clean lines. He charged me the fee that he had quoted. Thank goodness I did not agree to the other company’s quote. Zeke from Zoom Drain was honest, on time, and professional throughout the entire process. If you need any plumbing work done in the St. Augustine area these are your guys. Hands down the best in town.

Wow, I spent the day with an auger, plunger, and mop trying to open up a drain. Zeke showed up on time, gave a quote, and went to work. The video inspection was key to understanding the issue and where I need to have pipes replaced. The hydrojet is a game changer. Hunter came out today to help us find out why the shower was filling up and not draining. He tried several methods to get to the clog culprit and found that some roots had invaded one of the pipes underground. He cleared the clogged drains, removed and replaced the toilet, and left me feeling very confident about his work! He was a great guy, very personable and very polite. While I was taking a shower before work, the toilet overflowed into the master bedroom and closet. When I stepped out of the shower into ankle-deep water, it was quite a shock. I tried plunging; that only sloshed more water on me (yuck). I made several calls to get someone out ASAP and threw down every beach towel I had. The other toilet started making bubbling noises, which only increased my anxiety level. I was advised to not use any toilet or turn on water, and I was covered in toilet water and couldn’t even get ready for work. That was insult to injury after having the shingles for 2 weeks.
