Were professional and after listening to me explain the problem, they were able to diagnose the issue using their instruments and pulled the toilet, snaked it, and the problem was fixed, and they returned everything the way that it looked before they got there.

The main detail is that I did 5 loads of laundry with no trouble - no standing water, thus no wasted time between loads. They made sure that the drain was open free and clear. I just hope this isn't a short-term fix for the amount of money paid.
