I called Zoom Drains to clean out my pipes from years of buildup and grunge that was seen on a camera view from having a backup cleared. They suggested what's called hydro jetting the drain. They came out the next day and did an excellent job cleaning the full length of piping from the backup of a stool upstairs to the main drain downstairs. I was very pleased with the service, the friendliness of the technician as well as his knowledge and how they worked to complete the job start to finish.
I recommend anyone having plumbing issues to call Zoom no matter your plumbing issue as they do it all. My stool now flushes completely and no more backups! Thank you, Frank from Zoom Drains, for a great job! I will definitely use them again if ever needed. They are also very reasonable and fair cost-wise.

We Could Not Rave More About Zoom Drain!
We could not rave more about Zoom Drain! My husband and I had a horrible backup in our basement. Believing we just needed a quick fix of our septic tank being pumped, we originally had another company come out to help out. They came out three times, each time with absolutely no solution, no information, and an unhelpful attitude. At this point, we decided to try a different company, which is how we ended up with Zoom Drain. The very first visit out, the GM, Derek, came out and absolutely blew our minds with the information and helpfulness he provided. Though he was delivering bad news that it won’t be a quick fix, we felt so much better and taken care of.
We ended up with multiple pipes fixed, a new hot water heater, our yard dug and then fixed beautifully, a clean out added, and our septic tank pumped all by our tech Jacob. He did an amazing job and was also very knowledgeable. This all with a price that was reasonable. They never once made us feel forced into getting something done that we weren’t sure about but were always upfront and honest about our situation. I cannot thank Zoom Drain enough for all the work put in and making us feel at ease through the process. They definitely helped relieve a lot of potential stress. I truthfully cannot recommend them enough.
