Zoom Drain did a good job diagnosing my gutter drain problem. Bradley (my technician) was very competent and fast, and he was a plumber. He ran cameras through my rain drains and identified the problems. He jetted out one line and retrieved a block of Styrofoam and a 2 inch rubber ball. Unfortunately the main problem was roots, and I became convinced we needed to replace the drain pipe.

I had a rain downspout that terminated into a 4" PVC pipe that ran under my driveway and drained somewhere. No pop-ups or termination pipe was evident anywhere around the driveway. Both prior owners of the house had no clue where the drain pipe terminated.
... and it was completely clogged.
The guys at Zoom Drain jetted the drain pipe, located the blockage with an above-ground sensor, and then penetrated the soil on the opposite side of the driveway to discover the termination of the 4" drain pipe. They pulled a tennis ball and 14' 7" tree root out of the pipe. See photo.
They finished up by installing a proper pop-up cap.
They have modern tools, professional demeanor, and excellent investigative skills.
