Zoom Drain was very responsive and easy to work with. I contacted them on a Monday night, and Tuesday afternoon they were at my house clearing my drains. Everyone who came out to help with the cracked sewer line was amazing. Matthew took the time to explain things and give options, and Bradley was very efficient in clearing the roots. Could not ask for any better service! The technician Matthew came from Knoxville to our home in Kodak within an hour. He was very polite and respectful, and his diligence and persistence got our main sewer line unclogged. This was also completed by Matthew having to park at the road because our driveway is too steep, and he carried all his heavy equipment and tools uphill to the house several times. The person also in the office was very polite and put my service request in straightaway. Working with Zoom Drain and the tech Jesse was a great experience. I called Zoom Drain on a Sunday when no one else was available to come out on my emergency call. When I used my washer, it made my toilet downstairs flood the living room. This issue has happened a few times, and I have used other plumbers in the past that would just snake the main line without trying to figure out the problem. Jesse was the first tech that actually inspected my lines to figure out the problem. Turns out my sewage line was filled with roots, and I needed the whole line replaced, which was an easy experience with Zoom Drain, and they quickly put me on the schedule for Tuesday to begin the work.

You Went Above and Beyond Jan 3, 2025

We called them on New Year's morning and they were here within a couple of hours. They didn't charge any extra holiday fees, which was a huge blessing. Then what we thought was just a blocked pipe in the septic ended up being a 40 ft section that had collapsed. In the end, it required 12 hours to repair in the cold, rainy weather. Jesse worked diligently to make sure that our system was fixed for our family. He made sure that we had working toilets and were able to shower. He went over everything several times to make sure we would have no problems in the future. He also fixed a few things that he thought would become issues over time. I was truly impressed. Jesse is the kind of employee I would be proud to hire. We were happy to have him take a break and have dinner with us as he wanted to keep working, so the job was done the same day. Wonderful young man. Thanks again for all of your hard work. You went above and beyond.

Matt did a fantastic job trying to clear my clogged drain. I had worked on clearing it without success myself for several hours. Unfortunately, the clog was beyond repair by normal methods. I had to cut the 73-year-old steel drain line out and repair by replacement. The drain is working perfectly now.
