I had a great experience with Lucas, who is also the owner. He came to my house to fix a clogged kitchen sink and was extremely honest and professional. Unlike some other companies, he didn’t try to sell me unnecessary products or services.
He carefully checked the faucet and the pipes, explained everything clearly, and reassured me that it wasn’t a serious problem. He even showed me how to handle it myself in the future.

Could not ask for any better service! The technician Matthew came from Knoxville to our home in Kodak within an hour. He was very polite and respectful, and his diligence and persistence got our main sewer line unclogged. This was also completed by Matthew having to park at the road because our driveway is too steep, and he carried all his heavy equipment and tools uphill to the house several times. The person also in the office was very polite and put my service request in straightaway.
