"ZOOM Drain of Los Angeles has the best, all-around customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Some of the things that impressed me the most are as follows. They’re open 24/7 and I desperately needed repair for a large cracked galvanized pipe. I took a shot and I called at 3:45 AM!! Their representative Nian answered the phone!! And at that time of the morning, he was very pleasant, understanding, and patiently listened. He scheduled an appointment for noon later that day!! When he arrived he determined what services were needed. I also spoke to the office manager. I think her name is Priscilla. She was pleasant, handled the paperwork, invoice, etc. very efficiently…she too was great!
I was already very happy with the great customer service of this company. Then 2 days later, Shilo Hosman, their plumber/technician arrived. He greeted me with a genuine smile, was very pleasant and respectful to me and of my property. He completed the job beautifully and quicker than the timeframe promised. He cleaned up the work area so well, I couldn’t tell any work was done!! This was my first experience with a plumber cleaning up at that level, and it was truly appreciated! Also, I have to say Shiloh was able to successfully complete the job that another plumber 3 days before wasn’t able to do. So thank you again Shiloh for doing such an excellent job. You’re extremely skilled and a great person and definitely deserve to be recognized! As does this company for providing such all-around, great customer service!"
