Starting with Russ's customer service the night before made us feel very at ease about our situation... We had a sewer backup in all three restrooms and the smell was unbelievably foul, which is very overwhelming within itself, but the next day Julian came out so professional and caring about the situation. We first just wanted to get an estimate to see what we were looking at regarding pricing, but as soon as Julian assessed the situation and after he left, we decided immediately to see if Russ could have him come right back... Russ was so accommodating and caring about our situation that he made sure Julian came back the same day to take care of the problem at hand. The simple act of not wanting to see others suffering...     They finally decided it was the original coupling that had the leak. They installed a new coupling and leak was fixed.
    "Shawn and Chandler were very knowledgeable and extremely polite. We had been trying to fix a leak on the intake pipe for the toilet. With everything we tried beginning Friday, changing the cut-off valve twice and changing the riser hose, the leak persisted and the bucket had to be dumped about every 3 hours or we were walking in water. They finally decided it was the original coupling that had the leak. They installed a new coupling and leak was fixed."
