We had a terrible leak pouring water into our basement from what, we did not know. Michael from Zoom Drain came to save the day! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem immediately. What made things even better was that he treated the problem on the spot and stopped the leak! Addendum and final word: My rating is back up to five star for Zoom Drain. The tech and a supervisor came out the following day and got everything moving again. They explained to me what was going on, and we discussed options for the future. Thank you so much for getting everything working and helping me to be able to plan for future maintenance! All without a hard sell on services I don’t immediately need and can’t afford right now!! Added later the same day: So a few hours later I’m having the same problem that caused me to call Zoom Drain in the first place. Called them and now waiting to see if they can get a tech out to reassess and fix. We shall see. ————— The tech sent by Zoom Drain, Jakob Ellsworth, explained all of my options clearly, listened to my concerns and limitations, and made very helpful suggestions. He was courteous, created virtually zero disturbance for me and my daughter at home, completed the work needed quickly and thoroughly, and made suggestions for further work that might be helpful in the future but didn’t “hard sell” anything so that I was aware of options but didn’t feel pressured to do more than necessary or than I could afford to do right now. Thank you, Zoom Drain and Jakob!

Prompt service with very knowledgeable serviceman who was able to clearly explain exactly what he was doing and the reasoning behind why he was doing it. We had a tricky plumbing issue and he was able to troubleshoot all of the possible causes until we determined the root cause of the issue. We had excellent communication with the entire team.
