Just bought a house. The house had an old clay drain pipe with roots in it. The pipe was still in good shape, but my initial plumber wanted to hold me hostage for $10k to get the pipe replaced. Daniel K of Zoom Drain came out to give a second opinion. He confirmed the pipe was still in good shape and just needed a cleaning. We got rid of the tree making the roots and prevented further root invasion from that tree, and Daniel got the pipe squeaky clean. It passed inspection, and I got my occupancy permit, all for a fraction of the cost of what my original plumber was trying to sell me.
