I, 100%, recommend this company. Zoom Drain was timely, reasonably priced, and very transparent. They were able to send someone out the day after I called, and the technician that they sent out, Adam Trujillo, showed up on time. He got right to work and he busted his hump getting the job done. He took the time to explain every step of what he was doing and also his findings as he went along. When he got to a spot in the line that was collapsed and under the street, he took the time to explain and give several options on how to proceed. He even went as far as to call his boss for any options that he missed, because of him and Michael (his boss) he saved my client thousands of dollars. They put the client above making money and that is not something that you see often these days. I am a real estate agent and deal with lots of companies, this company is going to the top of my list. They are honest, hard working, timely, and have integrity. Out of 5 stars I give them a 10.

We had a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink. I tried snaking it with a 25’ snake from Harbor Freight, I tried plunging, chemicals, etc. I even rebuilt the drain under the sink, but the issue was much further down. I called and Michael got me set up with someone to come out a few hours later. Erik came by and was able to get the obstruction cleared out within 30 minutes or so. Definitely great work and competitive pricing. Absolutely recommend these guys.

Zoom Drain saved the day. I woke up this morning to sewage backing up in my toilet and was on the verge of tears. We were just getting ready to move out of our house. Michael at Zoom Drain assured me they’d have someone out there right away. Within an hour and a half, Trevyn came to assess the situation and cleared the blockage in no time. The price was very reasonable! Later the same day, our toilet started to back up again, so the blockage wasn’t 100% cleared. I called Michael back and he immediately sent Ismael out, arriving in less than 45 min. He fixed it right up with the hydro-jet and didn’t even charge me. My toilets are working great again. I couldn’t be more impressed. I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Zoom Drain has become my go-to for plumbing, cooling, and heating concerns. They are affordable, friendly, and rarely do I wait more than 24 hours for help, even for non-emergency call outs. They have saved me money, time, and fixed issues that other companies were just trying to milk for money. When I got my house, the pump kept going out on my cooler. Another company just kept purchasing the same size pump and charging me more than Zoom Drain does to fix it. Last year, Zoom Drain's Ismael came out and put a larger size pump on and it not only lasted the rest of the summer but all of this summer. I had pumps go out four several times in 2 months before that. This time they had to fix my motor (due to operator error) and I still cannot begin to praise Ismael and the team enough. Reasonably priced, they don't do things you don't need and they get the job done right the first time. This is who you want on speed dial.
