We had a clog in the storm water line in our yard that caused backflow from our rainwater catch basin and our (and my neighbor’s) downspouts, and significant water pooling in our yard. Our technician Lockhart was awesome. He understood the problem completely. He explained how his camera and water jetting cleanout tools could fix the problem, and he showed me as he went how the clog was identified, removed, etc. We highly recommend Zoom Drain and Lockhart!"

This issue with my plumbing has been very stressful. Didn’t even think I would need to have someone to clean my drain until my plumber assessed the problem. We got service on the same day I called, and that was clutch because no one else could do their work until that drain was cleared. I chose them from a Google search and saw they had 5 stars. Lock them in your contacts. They’re the only call you’ll need to make if you have drain issues."
