I’m the owner of the property that Zoom Drain company convinced me on how professional their staff is and how knowledgeable their approach to get solutions in removing blockage and keeping satisfied customers.
Yes, again I’m very satisfied. The technician Ryan was patient and listened to my concerns and provided me options and proceeded to get my plumbing problems fixed.
Indeed he completed the objective, and in a timely manner my issues were resolved.
Mr. Ryan is an employee who takes pride in work and very approachable, who goes beyond his job to please the customer.
For example, after removing blockage he used a vacuum cleaner to further remove debris in curb trap to avoid future problems.
He also recommended a yearly maintenance plan to further reduce problems reoccurring and to avoid blockage!
