As usual, the Zoom Drain Team knocked it out of the park! They arrived per the appointment time and performed a professional repair to my kitchen drain. They replaced the S-trap and provided a new transition to the existing drain piping. Conor did an amazing job! He is so polite and respectful. I will continue to hire Zoom Drain!

My plumber recommended Zoom Drain and I couldn't be happier with the service. The initial phone call to Lacey in the office was clear about the free estimate and the use of a truck that would allow immediate service if I chose to accept the estimate. They were able to make an appointment for the afternoon of the same day and did exactly what they said they would: call thirty minutes out and again on arrival. Jared was extremely polite and informative. He explained every step of the way as he determined the issue and the remedy. And Jared diligently carried out the repair in an efficient and tidy manner. The cost was exactly as estimated and solved a long-time problem. I should have called earlier and when I have another drain problem I won't hesitate to call Zoom Drain.

Zoom arrived promptly and solved my clogged drain issue. Danny was friendly and explained the process and what the issue turned out to be. The price was fairly high relative to what I was expecting (hoping?) for, but my problem got solved on a Sunday afternoon so I can’t really complain. There was a gentle upsell that I turned down, but did not feel pressured. I would call Zoom again if needed.

The overall service was excellent. Connor was a great guy with a great manner and was neat and clean throughout the process, explaining everything as he went. All the issues addressed were solved to my satisfaction very quickly and precisely. The service was a little pricey; however, from call to solution was less than 5 hours. So the premium was worth it to save the time and continuing struggle with a critically clogged kitchen drain. Would highly recommend.

The tech was in and out within 25 mins and had our water flowing again! I will say you should shop around. I did not and paid the price of over $300 for the work to be done. YIKES! I realized I was in deep trouble and needed a professional plumber on a Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. (clogged main drain). I was referred to Zoom Drain by another company. Nick and his partner did a fine job with the drain in our kitchen sink. It was usually slow to empty, but sometimes stopped altogether. What I’d imagined to be easily fixed with the proper tools turned out to be pretty complicated, with built-up grease making the blockage hard to locate and even harder to remove. With persistence and a lot of snaking they solved the problem, made sure the drain was clear, and mopped up a lot of oily black water. Thank you!
