When the first solution tried didn't work, he was willing to try different approaches that ultimately saved us from needing a very urgent replacement of an old pipe. I returned from vacation to find a leak near my washer. I looked up plumbers online and after seeing strong reviews I filled out an online request with Zoom Drains. Since it was Labor Day I did not have high expectations. Surprisingly, I received a call within ten minutes. The operator promised a tech would be there between 3 and 6. Shortly later they called and said a tech was nearby and could arrive in 30 minutes. Fifteen minutes later Darius arrived. Darius was polite, professional, and provided a reasonable estimate on the spot. He explained what was needed and how long it would take. Since the parts house was closed due to the holiday he needed to return the next morning. Next day dispatch called to schedule and Darius showed up on time and went to work. The job took a little longer than the estimate but he honored the original estimated price. The work area was left clean and tidy but more importantly dry. No more leaks! Free, fair estimate in a timely manner and work that matched the estimate. Five out of five!

I called a few different companies in the area, and Zoom Drain was the only one who was able to get on my calendar same day. I’m the owner of the property that Zoom Drain company convinced me on how professional their staff is and how knowledgeable their approach to get solutions in removing blockage and keeping satisfied customers.
Yes, again I’m very satisfied. The technician Ryan was patient and listened to my concerns and provided me options and proceeded to get my plumbing problems fixed.
Indeed he completed the objective, and in a timely manner my issues were resolved.
Mr. Ryan is an employee who takes pride in work and very approachable, who goes beyond his job to please the customer.
For example, after removing blockage he used a vacuum cleaner to further remove debris in curb trap to avoid future problems.
He also recommended a yearly maintenance plan to further reduce problems reoccurring and to avoid blockage!
