Called in the morning about a toilet not flushing. They offered to come within one or two hours, but I was busy, so they came later that afternoon. Found root masses in the sewer line. I had a utility sink suddenly backing up with sewage water 🤮, and Zoom Drains was able to send someone out by the end of the day. I wasn't expecting same day service, just hopeful, but the person taking appts kept me updated throughout the day, which I appreciated, even if it was just to know I was next in line without a definite wait time. The technician was great, and I really appreciate that he puts on those shoe covers (not all service people do that) to come inside the house. He explained everything and was able to resolve the issue and give me advice for what to do in the future.
