I had a utility sink suddenly backing up with sewage water 🤮, and Zoom Drains was able to send someone out by the end of the day. I wasn't expecting same day service, just hopeful, but the person taking appts kept me updated throughout the day, which I appreciated, even if it was just to know I was next in line without a definite wait time. The technician was great, and I really appreciate that he puts on those shoe covers (not all service people do that) to come inside the house. He explained everything and was able to resolve the issue and give me advice for what to do in the future.

Over the past week, we were seeing signs of a possible sewer backup. We didn’t realize just how close we actually were. Good thing we texted Zoom Drain Saturday morning. We had an emergency. Our basement bathroom flooded. Flushable wipes were the culprit. Jarrod called when he was 20 minutes away. Arrived early. He was polite and respectful and very knowledgeable. He assessed the basement, then the outside of our house. He cleaned the main drain line to the sewer. We paid for a warranty and he explained that the area will be covered unless they come out and find more wipes. They won’t! I will absolutely reach out to Zoom for future plumbing issues and I will refer them to any and everyone I know who needs plumbing services.

The technician was very quick at finding the problem and had the drain cleared and water-jetted in about an hour. He was very thorough and explained the process as he proceeded to clear my drain and mentioned that I had a section of cast iron that appeared to not have sufficient pitch.
