The technician was very quick at finding the problem and had the drain cleared and water-jetted in about an hour. He was very thorough and explained the process as he proceeded to clear my drain and mentioned that I had a section of cast iron that appeared to not have sufficient pitch. I’ll have to keep an eye on it until I have this section of pipe replaced.

I can’t say enough good things
When I called and reported a sewer backup in my basement bathroom, a tech was sent to my home in just a few hours. The sewer drain was unclogged. A camera view of the sewer line determined that the entire line had to be replaced. Within a few days the line from my home to the street was repaired. There was snow on the ground and temps were below freezing, but the work continued for three days. Once the frost was out of the ground they came back and replaced the sidewalk and repaired the street.
I can’t say enough good things about Zoom Sewer and Drain. From beginning to end they were on top of the project. It all came together without a hitch.
