    Zoom Drains was able to send someone out by the end of the day, and the person taking appts kept me updated throughout the day.

I wasn't expecting same day service, just hopeful, but the person taking appts kept me updated throughout the day, which I appreciated, even if it was just to know I was next in line without a definite wait time. The technician was great, and I really appreciate that he puts on those shoe covers (not all service people do that) to come inside the house. He explained everything and was able to resolve the issue and give me advice for what to do in the future."
