Astounded by the Level of Service
I am astounded by the level of service I got with Zoom Drain.
We had quite a rough night thanks to a sewage backup that overflowed into our home late in the evening. Being new homeowners and not having a “go-to,” we called a number of “24/7” “emergency” plumbing services only to find out they weren’t truly available or just straight up stood us up.
Finally, we found Zoom Drain — from the moment Caitlyn answered the phone I could tell I was actually going to get some help and I was so grateful. She was so kind and helpful, and immediately took down my situation with urgency and got me on the list for immediate service.

If I could give 50 stars, I would. The technician (Dan) who responded to our call was very friendly and determined to fix our issue, which ended up being quite complex. He got it fixed, though, and was helpful in explaining how it got the way it was and how to prevent it from happening again. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in good working order and cleaned up, even though he had to use a lot of tools trying to figure out and rectify the problem. I was very nervous and hired this outfit simply because they were the ones who could send someone right away. This one turned out well and I recommend them.
