His professional journey commenced as a technical support specialist and steadily evolved through various roles, including systems administrator. In due course, Boone assumed the pivotal role of IT/business manager for a global support center comprising 150 highly skilled technicians dedicated to assisting an extensive client base of over 80,000 global patrons. In a more recent phase of his career, he leveraged my extensive business management acumen to seize an opportunity in the logistics and distribution sector. By steadfastly focusing on refining brand identity and executing potent marketing strategies, his endeavors bore fruit with an impressive twofold increase in annual returns within a mere two-year timeframe.

Boone has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and a master’s in information systems and business management from Capitol College, Laurel, Maryland. His extensive experience in customer service proves to be a valuable asset, particularly because plumbing services often entail interactions with homeowners and businesses.
