Zoom Drain SD North County Owners HooiJin Teng and Yeanmay Teng and Josef Shreve and Heather Shreve are proud to offer expert drain and sewer services to San Diego’s North County region. The Tengs and Shreves met and formed a lifelong friendship in Escondido.
HooiJin Teng and Yeanmay are of Malaysian descent. They embarked on a remarkable journey to the United States in 2012, culminating in their proud attainment of U.S. citizenship in 2021. Their diverse educational backgrounds form a unique tapestry of expertise and experience. HooiJin, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical and manufacturing, boasts an impressive career spanning almost a quarter of a century in the technology corporate sector. Yeanmay, holding a Bachelor of Science in food science and management, has a rich sales and customer service history, notably in an organization focused on anti-aging products. Their leadership skills are further evidenced by her role as a campus director for Classical Conversations Escondido, a local homeschooling community, and as Connect Directors in their local church.
Joining them in this entrepreneurial venture are Josef and Heather Shreve, who are equally integral to the Zoom Drain SD North County team. Josef boasts years of experience managing businesses and projects for various construction companies. Before joining Zoom Drain full-time, Josef was part of the finance team at his church. Heather has a degree in finance. Josef's and Heather's skillsets, personalities, values, and ethics are exceptionally compatible and complementary to those of the Tengs. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge in creating positive work cultures and excel in customer service, underpinning their success in various fields.

I had a clogged drain line to the main sewer that was causing the toilet on the first floor to overflow. Stanley Teng and his coworker, from Zoom Drain SD, did an outstanding job in clearing and cleaning the drain to sewer line that was totally blocked by tree roots, in a timely manner. They carefully inspected the inside of the pipe leading to the main sewer using a camera to pinpoint where the tree root had completely obstructed the inside of the pipe. Then, they used a hydro-jetter to cut the tree roots and clear the pipe completely. They were very meticulous, detail-oriented, and professional throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did in such a timely fashion. I would very highly recommend Stanley Teng (Zoom Drain SD) to anyone in need of a skilled and reliable plumber.

Stanley was a very diligent and persistent worker. He and his father cleared two drains with a water hose and the mainline drain with the high-pressure hose. This was completed in several hours after an arrival time 2 hours later than the appointment. Main mission was accomplished, but an additional drain line that was collapsed trapped the hose and camera for about 5 hours until dark when it was finally freed and they concluded business. Pictures of the drain line ports and Stanley, not the internal lines, were provided online. Time ran out for other less important drain lines to be cleared. It was a challenging day for the workers, and they remained professional throughout the job.
