    We called Zoom around noon regarding an ongoing problem with a clogged drain in our kitchen. We'd had a couple visits from another vendor, and each time the problem would return a few months later. Sam was our technician, he quickly snaked a camera into the drain, showing us exactly where our clog was. He shared several options with us, never making us feel pressured one way or another. We chose to do the hydro jetting process with bio drain treatment, and we're especially pleased to see how much stuff we removed. Sam was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, explained things really well to us, and even cleaned up afterwards in the backyard. I would strongly recommend Zoom Drain for any clogged drain problems!
